Join Reiki Master Teacher Jill Coletti from Evolve with Jill LLC for some YOU time - to connect with yourself and other like-minded women.
Workshops may include one or more of the following topics: Reiki, Journaling, Meditation, Yoga, Crystals, Intention Setting, Mindfulness, Spirituality, Sound healing, Confidence builders, Relaxation Techniques, Breaking generational cycles, Ways to connect with ourself, children, families and so much more. The intention of these Wellness Wednesday workshops are to provide a safe space for us all to BE who we are authentically and not have to do anything for anyone else. We will focus on ourselves and what we need as women.

Instilling the importance of taking care of yourself and fill up your cup first so that it overflows to everyone around you.
To believe in yourself, to follow your heart & trust your gut.
Connection & Inspiration
To build a community of women who inspire each other, lift each other up & also push each other to be their best selves.
Kindness & Positive Energy
To share positive energy & kindness with each other and through the community.
Includes a group Reiki session at the end of each class for those that desire to participate.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If Lottie-Pops or Evolve with Jill LLC needs to cancel an event, the guest has the choice of a full refund in the form of the way payment was received OR credit towards future class with Evolve with Jill LLC to be used within 60 days.
If Guests cancels within 72 hours of the event, Class credit (the amount paid for the class- minus fees and discounts) to be used on any open class with Evolve with Jill LLC, within 60 days of original class.
No credit or refund for No-Show’s or same day cancellation
